Equipment purchases

Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice prior to shipment. No goods will be delivered before receipt of payment. Compound interest of 3% will apply automatically after 21 days late. For some special orders, a deposit up to 50% may be required on order.

Monthly services

Monthly services must be paid automatically by credit card or pre-authorized debits. Customers are responsible for ensuring the availability and validity of the payment method set up for the account for the duration of the service. Customers will be notified automatically if a payment fails and it is their responsibility to rectify the situation as soon as possible. An unpaid subscription after 15 days will be automatically suspended and will incur a reactivation fee of $150. An unpaid subscription after 45 days will be automatically canceled indefinitely without possibility of reactivation.

New equipment that has never been used and in its original intact packaging can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. No modem or cable can be refunded after use. In the event of an incorrect harness order, a harness may be exchanged for a different model within 30 days of purchase if the original harness is considered in good condition at the sole discretion of AttriX Technologies inc. Prepaid service is not refundable in the event of cancellation of the monthly services.
